President Muhammadu Buhari will, on Tuesday, January 17, lead the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential campaign in Ilorin, Kwara State.
According to a statement, yesterday, by the Local Organising Committee (LOC), signed by Saadu Salahu, the President will be joined by the APC presidential flagbearer, Bola Tinubu; his running mate, Kashim Shettima and other members of the Presidential Campaign Council (PCC).
Also to join the President, who is the Chairman of PCC, at the rally are the APC National Chairman, Sen. Abdullahi Adamu; the PCC Director-General, Governor Simon Lalong of Plateau State; the Deputy DG, Adams Oshiomhole; APC governors and their deputies, as well as APC federal and state lawmakers.
Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq of Kwara, as the State Coordinator of PCC, will host the President and the PCC.
Kwara APC Chairman, Chief Sunday Fagbemi, along with his executive council members, and the DG, Kwara APC Campaign Council, Amb. Yahaya Seriki, are expected to join the governor to welcome the visitors to the state.
The LOC urged all members of APC in the state and beyond to turn out en masse to accord the President a befitting welcome.
