RNGN said the results declared by INEC from polling units across the states, including FTC, Abuja, were already fixed. At a meeting on Tuesday evening in Asaba, Delta State, RNGN, however, said Nigeria would be restored to its leading position, with corruption and other vices eliminated.
To this end, the group said Nigerians want all polling units results transmitted through Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS) urgently to calm nerves. The meeting was attended by representatives from Europe, America, Australia, Africa, Asia and Middle East and national and state coordinators from 36 states of Nigeria and FCT.
The group commended Nigerians for standing firmly for democracy by taking part in the February 25 election, saying riggers of election should not be condemned. It urged Nigerians to disregard INEC’s fixed results.
