The Olugbesan Family of Oke-Agbeni, Ibadan, Oyo State has apologised to Prince Gbolagade Adeyemi, the Chief Executive Officer, MICH Royal Company Nigeria Limited, for accusing him wrongly over the sale of their family land.
The family in a letter signed by Olatunbosun Olugbesan, Oloye Taofeek Olugbesan and Rukayat Olugbesan on behalf of Olugbesan family and addressed to Prince Gbolagade Adeyemi, said that the family has carried out a discreet investigation and discovered that Prince Adeyemi through his company, MICH Royal never sold its family land illegally, but remitted money into the account of its former Mogaji.
“Sir, we are writing on behalf of Olugbesan Family of Oke-Agbeni, Ibadan, Oyo State. We decided as a family to write this letter of apology to you following the false accusation of selling our family land at Olugbesan village in Ido Local Government Area of Oyo State, we leveled against you and your company.
“After we have carefully perused all the evidence you submitted to the family regarding the said land; we have discovered that you never sold our land illegally, but remitted monies into the account of our former Mogaji, who we also discovered solely converted the proceeds into personal use.
“Kindly accept and acknowledge our sincere apologies for our wrong accusations against you and your company.”
