Dadje of Benin Republic on Saturday knocked out Federation Cup winners, El-Kanemi Warriors, from the CAF Confederation Cup.
Dadje beat the Nigerian side 2-1 to go through 3-2 on aggregate after both teams played out a 1-1 draw in Ikenne a week ago.
Two months ago, Benin recorded their first win over the Super Eagles in a 2026 World Cup qualifier.
Both teams will clash again on September 7 in Uyo to open the 2025 AFCON qualifying tournament.
Meanwhile, CAF Champions League side, Remo Stars, will hope to progress to the second preliminary round of CAF competitions as they face off against AS Far of Morocco in the second leg of their CAF Champions League.
The first leg ended 2-1 in the favour of the Ikenne-based side and a draw will be good enough for them to get straight to the next round.
