Famous businessman and Nigerian Afrobeat singer, Mr Eazi on Thursday dissociated himself from collegue, Wizkid, amidst beef with Davido.
New Telegraph reports that Davido and Wizkid have been at loggerheads with each other since with Wizkid hurling verbal abuse on Davido which has lasted for a few days now.
Amidst the back and forth between his fans and supporters, an X user @Duke of Unilag quizzed Mr Eazi on his silence on the issue despite other celebrity’s opinions on Wizkid’s lengthy rant.
The X user wrote; “You no go support your oga?”
Mr Eazi responded, “My only oga na Jesus Christ.”
Notably, both artists have publicly shown mutual respect and admiration for each other over the years. They have collaborated musically on multiple occasions, most notably on the track “Daddy Yo,” where Mr Eazi was featured.
Their relationship extends beyond music, as they have often praised each other’s contributions to Afrobeats and the global music scene.
