British Grime singer, Joseph Olaitan Adenuga jr, better known as Skepta, has bemoaned the state of the United Kingdom (UK) music industry.
In a post via his X page, Skepta said the British music scene is sad, segregated and run by cabals.
She wrote: “The UK music scene is sad. Smallest, most segregated, label run, crabs in a barrel scene of all scenes smh.”
Sunday Telegraph reports that Skepta is regarded as one of the pioneers of the UK Grime genre.
He was born in the UK to Nigerian parents, Mr and Mrs Adenuga.
