The founder of a leading indigenous restaurant and outdoor catering company, Oluwatobi Fletcher (Ofadaboy), has initiated a partnership with Ogun State government to rally young professionals in the state that have excelled in their various fields to team up with the government to further promote governance and enhance development.
Ogun State Governor, Dapo Abiodun, who lauded the young professionals made up of Ogun extraction during a courtesy visit to him, at the weekend, said the idea would encourage more indigenes to be their best in every aspect of life and as well boost economic development of the state.
Abiodun said the government was prepared to partner with the team at all levels because they will be an ambassador of progress that will further propagate the desired mantra of the government to run an all-inclusive governance.
“For us as an administration, this perfectly fits into the “Building Our Future Together” agenda under the ISEYA mantra, and we are glad to key into this lofty idea,” he said.
Convener of the group, Fletcher, said the young professionals that were picked have had successful career of over 10 years in entertainment and creative industry, consulting, banking and other industries.
“We are poised to be a group of influencers that will support the government and provide evident example to aspiring youths to get to any level in their various careers.
“Homecoming Initiative will spread across all local councils and constituencies in Ogun State with clear communication direction to achieve the set goals,” he said.
Some of the professionals at the courtesy call included Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Penzaaville, Olufemi Oguntamu; Chairman, Nord Motion, Oluwatobi Ajayi; Broda Shaggi and reputable actor, Seun Ajayi.
Others were Actor/Entrepreneur, Bamike Adenibuyan; Vice President/CEO, Aplus Drinks, Mofoluwato Uthman; Media and Communication Professional, Funmi Mustapha; a top Nigerian actor, Lateef Adedimeji; CEO, Bodeni Energy, Bode Lucan and CEO, May5th Clothing, Tolu Shokoya.
