Paul Ibe, the Special Adviser on Media to the Presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in the 2023 general election, Atiku Abubakar has reacted to the creation of the Ministry of Livestock by President Bola Tinubu.
New Telegraph had earlier reported that President Tinubu on Tuesday night inaugurated the Committee of the newly created Ministry of Livestock.
While inaugurating the Renewed Hope Livestock Reform Implementation Committee, known as the presidential committee on livestock, to be headed by the former Chairman Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Attahiru Jega, President Tinubu said the Ministry of Livestock Development would help in harnessing the potential of dairy products.
Reacting to the announcement made by the President at the State House, Paul Ibe via his X handle claimed Tinubu is using it to play politics for 2027.
Ibe said the Federal Government was still trapped in trial-and-error economic policies, adding that the All Progressives Congress (APC)-led government has not prioritized governance.
“Tinubu just confirmed that he is not prioritizing governance but is still trapped in the alley of trial-and-error economic policies that prioritizes the politics of 2027,” Ibe said on his X handle.
