A former member of the House of Representatives, Wole Duro Diya has reportedly passed away.
New Telegraph gathered that Duro Diya, the younger brother of the late former Chief of Defence Staff died in the early hours of Friday.
Diya who represented Somolu Federal Constituency for two terms in the Green Chamber died in his early 60s.
He also served as a two-term member in the Lagos State House of Assembly, representing Somolu State Constituency I.
His death comes days before his birthday, which would have been on Tuesday, August 20, 2024.
It was reported that Diya had been battling a heart-related illness for several years.
